Rules are for babies? Not at the SatHookup TV Forum.

The SatHookup TV forum was designed to serve two major purposes:

1. Provide excellent customer service through preventative education and prompt support communication.

2. Reduce cost of providing products and services by increasing efficiency throughout the sales and customer service process.

With these goals in mind, SatHookup invites you to take part in our TV and Communications Forum providing a few simple rules.

Members of the forum are divided into 3 main groups. Bellow is an explanation of each group's role in the SatHookup TV Forum and the rules which they must abide by.

Current/Potential Customers - Current SatHookup customers and potential consumers looking to use SatHookup's wide array services.

These forum members can find answers, answer questions and discuss varrious communications services and issues they may have.

- Can not sell tv services or in any way advertise services in which Sathookup or the Sathookup Network PROs offer.

- Must follow Universal Forum Rules

SatHookup Network PROs - Professional Communications experts and local SatHookup Network members.

SatHookup Staff - Members and close affiliates of SatHookup.
